INSTRUCTIONS
Power ON/OFF
– Click button 5x fast
FUNCTION
– Hold the button or Inhale to activate
PREHEAT
– Press button 2x fast to start preheat mode. Preheat lasts for 8 seconds at 1.8V.
TO CHANGE VOLTAGE
– Press the button 1x to cycle through voltage settings: 1.2/1.8/2.4/3.2/4.0V.
– Precision Mode: Press the button 3x to enter precision mode: The screen will flash, then press the button to adjust by 0.1V or hold the button quickly to scroll to the perfect temp setting. Precision mode has a range of 1.2v-4.0v!
LED LIGHT INDICATOR
Low Voltage Warning: When the battery voltage is lower than 3.2V, the red light will flash 10 times to alarm and enter the standby state.
Charging Protection: The device charges normally with a 5V 0.5A power source with over charge protection. Vaping or other use is not supported while charging.
Charging Time: Approximately 80 minutes.
ADDITIONAL PROTECTIONS:
Vaping Timeout: If vaping exceeds 10 seconds, the red light will flash 4 times, and the device will enter standby mode.
Short Circuit Protection/Resistance Overload: The red light will flash 3 times, and the device will shut off.
No Cartridge Detected: The white light will flash 3 times, and the device will enter standby mode.

I’ve now had 2 of these devices.
The first one I had for just shy of two months before one of the battery pins spring mechanism failed. This prevented the battery from being able to properly charge. Contacted Helio support, and they sent me a new device out immediately.
As a bonus, I now have two, fully-functioning top halves. The battery is stored in the top half, so I can keep the second one fully charged as a backup for long days away from chargers.
The device itself is phenomenal. Being able to control voltage in .1 increments is such a game changer. I also love that my carts are inside the device providing that much more protection to them. USB-C also a welcome sight.
The only criticism I really have is in the way it seals around the mouth tip of the inserted cart. Meaning, it doesn’t. This makes it incredibly easy for smoke to be left in the chamber around the cart. Over time, the uncleared smoke will condense back into oil, coating the inside of the cart chamber with sticky residue. I would like to see a future revision where the top half seals over the mouthpiece of the cart in a more air-tight fashion.
Overall, a great product, and the customer service is top notch as well. I would, and have, recommended this to my friends.

As far as this battery goes, definitely the best I’ve tried, and it meets all my battery requirements. What I look for in a battery is usually size, and for a while the sol-pod was what worked best for me, but I was having issues with the magnet pulling apart metal pieces inside some of my cheaper cartridges. I am very happy that this one doesn’t have that magnetic thread adapter/magnet nonsense! It screws directly into the base. It isn’t all that much bigger than the sol-pod, which is why I was hesitant to buy, but I’m so glad I pulled the trigger on this! I have had to replace it once, I’m not sure what the issue was, but I would take a hit and the charge would go to 0% from fully charged, and when I emailed customer service with a video of a hit I actually caught on video (it was happening enough that I started taking videos whenever I took a hit to get proof that it was really happening, I admit, to say something to them), they replaced it, no questions asked. Seems to work well so far! I swear it might’ve happened twice, but it could have also been really low. I am definitely keeping an eye on it. I think I know how it happens, it’s when you take a hit, and like, say you’re holding it at the base and a weird angle and you accidentally sort of pull the base out just a tiny bit, really more like crack the magnetic seal, not full on pull it out, it will drain to 0% from whatever it’s at. I’m nervous to test my theory because I don’t want to intentionally damage it, but I think it’s draining to 0% when I take a weird hit, like bite down on the mouthpiece (another reason this thing is great-rubber mouthpiece) and I’m holding the end and it angles up and the bottom pops out a tiny bit. Hope this makes sense!

I usually use 2.1-2.4v for my carts flavor pops out a lot on 2.2v and hits perfect ideally and i heard from people that smoke coldfires and said its a little more than other battery’s out there for price but worth every penny when it comes to features like the discreet looking design and the temperature control is everything you need!

Best vape battery I have tried so far! Changes the way I hit my cartridges. Long battery life, sleek, intuitive design, fits nice in the hand and the grip texture is nice as well. Very comfortable mouthpiece compared to what I am used to and I love the autodraw function (you also have the option to draw with the button). Seems durable so far and protects fragile cartridges. Mine hits great at 1.8v setting, and I appreciate the variable voltage range. I may have to grab another because the green/yellow looks great! Recommended!

I really really like this battery. It’s super easy to set up, the grippy texture helps me not drop it. The base is magnetic so it’s easy snap on and off to change out cartridges. Type C charging so it’s like most of my other devices. Only real gripe I have is you do have to pull a little harder than some others I have used to get a draw but honestly I love all of the other features so I can’t even really deduct anything from it. Definitely a nice upgrade from my other cheapo ones I’ve had.
